All About Applying at Melos
In general, our application process always follows the same steps: from receiving your application to onboarding, you’ll go through six stages. With this approach, we aim to ensure a transparent and straightforward process.
There may be cases where we deviate from this process — for example, if we already know each other through an internship or a working student position. In such cases, the application process may be a bit shorter. What’s most important to us is that you always know what to expect.
Apply
The application process begins with you sending us your cover letter, CV and other documents such as references and certificates via the online form on the website.

Receive Confirmation
After submitting your application, you will receive a written confirmation from us. If you do not receive this confirmation within 7 days, please get in touch with us.

Video Interview
We’re curious to get to know you and will invite you to a short video interview. This conversation serves as an initial introduction and a chance to discuss any open questions.

In-Person Interview
In the personal interview, you’ll speak with the supervisor of the relevant department and a member of our HR team. Here, we want to get to know you and your working style more closely.

Trial Day
After a successful in-person interview, there is the option of a trial day at our company. On this day, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know our company and your future colleagues better.

Onboarding
Following a successful trial day, we proceed with the hiring. In a final conversation, we’ll discuss contract details and sign the employment contract. Afterwards, we’ll prepare everything necessary to ensure you feel comfortable from day one and receive proper onboarding.
