We develop formulations for Cable Compounds which are used in a whole variety of different applications. Our modern production facilities allow us to manufacture numerous compounds to customers' specifications, not only for cable producers but also for other industries.
Our experience ensures a constant level of high quality and our products are designed to meet specified requirements acc. to the most common standards. Melos Cable Compounds "made in Germany" are subject to stringent quality controls and are tested and certified by independent institutes.
Gartenmöbel
Hochflexibel, leicht einzufärben, mit hervorragender thermoplastischer Verarbeitbarkeit: Unsere Compounds eignen sich hervorragend für die Weiterverarbeitung und Verarbeitung, beispielsweise zu unterschiedlich farbigen Stühlen, Tischen und zahlreichen anderen Gartenmöbeln.
Profiliertes Gummi
Wir liefern eine Vielzahl hochwertiger Compounds als Basismaterial für die Extrusion von profiliertem Gummi für vielfältige Anwendungen. Individuelle Rezepturen werden wirtschaftlich und kundenspezifisch realisiert: Unsere Produktion liefert, was Sie benötigen.
Schiene
Technische Thermoplaste von Melos können dank ihrer guten elektrischen Eigenschaften und ihrer hohen thermischen Stabilität für verschiedene Anwendungen im Zug- und Schienenbau eingesetzt werden. Innenverkleidungen und Sitzlehnen sind nur ein Beispiel.
Rohre
Melos-Verbindungen zeichnen sich durch ihre hervorragende Beständigkeit und große Flexibilität über einen großen Temperaturbereich aus. Dadurch eignen sie sich ideal für die Herstellung von Rohren. Mehr noch: Absolut jede gewünschte Farbe kann produziert werden!
Besondere Anwendungen
Melos liefert auch ein diversifiziertes Portfolio an recycelten thermoplastischen Materialien. Agglomerate und Mahlgut aus Recyclingprozessen werden als individuelle Grundstoffe verwendet und auf einem modernen Doppelschneckenextruder zur Herstellung von Granulaten für den Spritzguss nach Kundenspezifikationen gemischt.
